• Passengers have to attend to cars terminal 15 minutes before departure. - Passengers don't come on time, the ticket are worthless. - Over 5 years old child must buy 1 ticket. - Passengers must be ready and wait for pickup service bus at their hotel or guesthouse one hour before departure time. - Passengers must have printed Online Ticket with him/her and present it to the inspector at bus terminal before boarding. - Smoking aboard the bus is prohibited. - No pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material is allowed aboard the bus. - Passengers may not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (ie. durian, prohok, etc.).
