Passengers don't come on time, the ticket are worthless.

Over 5 years old child must buy 1 ticket.

Passengers must be ready and wait for pickup service bus at their hotel or guesthouse one hour before departure time.

Passengers must have printed Online Ticket with him/her and present it to the inspector at bus terminal before boarding.

Smoking aboard the bus is prohibited.

No pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material is allowed aboard the bus.

Passengers may not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (ie. durian, prohok, etc.).
