• ATTENTION! Information for Bus Sleeper: Beds are designed for two people. If you need a single bed, please buy two tickets.
• IMPORTANT: For indirect trips, you may be switched among VIP van, or one of 3 types of sleeper bus, or seater bus, and Virak Buntham has 3 different sleeper bus types. or sometimes there are seats duplicated happen. If you have any problem with the arrangement,please speak to their staff directly on the day of travel. Only they can issue a refund and no refunds will be issued due to a change of vehicle or change seat after your have already travelled.
• Transit time can be up to a few hours. Arrival time can sometimes be later by about 1 - 2 hours, so please don't book another trip too close to the arrival time.
• The travel duration shown in this trip is estimated based on the operator’s transit experience, however it possibly takes longer depending on road condition, rainy season or border processing.
• Those entering Vietnam must already have the visa prior to departure, if a one is required. You would need to do immigration procedure yourself, and please proceed as fast as you can because the bus is not allowed to wait at the border checkpoint too long, it may leave without you and this is not operator's responsibility.
• We could not control if the amenities Bus Company is really offer, so we could not be responsible for actual quality of the bus operator’s amenities (i.e., bus seats, wifi, CD Player, TV, toilet, air conditioning, water).
• Please be at the departure point (Virak Buntham office) at least 45 minutes before departure time for check-in procedure.
• Tickets are VOID if passengers do not arrive on time.
• Children over 5 years of age require tickets.
• Passengers availing Pick Up services should be ready at the hotel or guesthouse's lobby an hour before departure.
• Passengers MUST present printed Online Tickets for inspection at the terminal prior to boarding.
• Smoking inside the bus is prohibited.
• Pets, weapons, illegal products and substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed on the bus.
• Strong smelling food items (i.e., durian, prohok) are not allowed on board the bus.
• For Destination from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh or Return Trip Vietnam does not offer a Visa on Arrival for land border crossings. You must have your Vietnamese entry visa ready or you will not be allowed to board the bus

• Passengers have to attend to cars terminal 15 minutes before departure.
• Passengers don't come on time, the ticket are worthless.
• Over 5 years old child must buy 1 ticket.
• Passengers must be ready and wait for pickup service bus at their hotel or guesthouse one hour before departure time.
• Passengers must have printed Online Ticket with him/her and present it to the inspector at bus terminal before boarding.
• Smoking aboard the bus is prohibited.
• No pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material is allowed aboard the bus.
• Passengers may not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (ie. durian, prohok, etc.).
